Although I haven't seen this arcade game in person, it certainly looks entertaining. It looks like SEGA is distributing it.There are other variation of this type of system including touch sensitive units and above-floor camera systems like MotionMagix and EyePlay.
Some are specific and customized installations, while there are others like Pavigym that are fitness specific
